Jujutsu (“the art of softness”) is a Japanese martial art based on utilizing an opponent's force against them. Jujutsu includes both standing techniques and the grappling arts now well-known due to their popularity in MMA.
In this series students will gain power and confidence that they can defend themselves, regardless of differences in physical size and strength, by exploring foundational holds, escapes, locks, and throws.
