Father Strength in Play is for fathers who want to deepen their physical capability, build steadiness under pressure, and grow more confident and creative in how they show up with their children in play.
Many fathers want to be more physically engaged with their children but did not grow up with strong models for creative play. Feeling stiff, out of shape, or unsure how to do it safely, they are often left unsure where to begin. If that resonates, this program is designed for you.
Through progressive training and guided challenges, participants build the strength to move with more ease, learn how to lift and roughhouse safely, practice staying steady as intensity rises, and develop the confidence that turns physical play into connection rather than hesitation.
