Boulder Ki Aikido, in collaboration with Rocky Mountain Ki Society (RMKS), is honored to host Koichi Kashiwaya Sensei—8th degree black belt, Okuden in Ki Development, and Chief Instructor of Midland Ki Federation (MKF)—for a 4-day Ki Aikido Teacher Training. This intensive workshop is specifically geared for current and aspiring instructors of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido.

Friday, February 7, 2020

  • 6:30–9:00pm — General Class (*Open to students of ALL RANKS who are interested in developing themselves as Ki Aikido instructors).

Saturday, February 8, 2020

  • 9:00am–11:30am — General Class (ALL RANKS*)
  • 11:30am–1:30pm — Lunch
  • 1:30–4:00pm — General Class (ALL RANKS*)
  • 4:30-6:00pm — All MKF Member Meeting at One Dojo. All Midland Ki Federation members, regardless of rank, are encouraged to attend this organizational meeting.
  • 6:30–10:00pm — Dinner at Boulder Restaurant (TBD)

Sunday, February 9, 2020

  • 8:30–12:30pm — General Class (ALL RANKS*)
  • 2:00–4:30pm — OPTIONAL CLASS & Yudansha Test (open to all ranks)
    • Sword, Kiatsu or other activity, culminating in Yudansha or Upper Level Ki test for anyone who has previously informed RMKS and established intent to test through Head/Lead Instructor with Kashiwaya Sensei. Instructors Intensive seminar fees do not include Yudansha test fees, but includes this optional class.

Monday, February 10, 2020

  • Optional Day of Skiing at Eldora. Instructors Intensive seminar fees do not include lift tickets or transportation to and from resort.
